Starting May 25, 2026, Wehome’s service fee structure will transition to a host-only fee model. Accordingly, accommodation rates may be adjusted automatically or manually by hosts.

• Wehome charges a service fee upon booking confirmation to cover the costs of providing services, including 24/7 customer support, and maintaining smooth platform operations.
• The Wehome service fee is borne by the host. The standard host service fee is 15.5% of the total accommodation fee, including the cleaning fee.
• Services other than accommodation are subject to separate fee policies.
• Wehome reserves the right to change its service fees at any time, and all changes will be made in accordance with the Wehome Terms of Service.
