Both hosts and guests can receive assistance throughout the entire process, from before the stay begins to after it ends. If you need help from Wehome, please contact the Wehome customer service center.

For guest-specific questions about hosts or properties, it’s quickest to send a direct message or make a phone call for clarification. In case of emergency situations related to safety and crime, please call 119 or 112 for assistance. Contact your Host or guest

If there is an issue related to the accommodation or reservation, sending a message to the guest or host should typically be the easiest and fastest way to resolve the problem. Alternatively, you can also call the host or guest. Information on how to message or call the guest and host is available on your travel itinerary.

In the event of a report of an impending danger, Wehome may contact the police to verify the safety of the parties involved.

If you or someone else feels threatened or unsafe, your first action should be to contact 119 or 112 for emergency assistance or police intervention. If you witness or experience any behavior that violates Wehome’s terms or policies, please inform Wehome.
