Book a self-quarantine Accommodations in Wehome
Thank you for using WeHome Service.
Please check to the manual below for self-isolation accommodation reservations. 🙂
1. Set language and currency
If you look at the top and bottom of each page, you can change the language (Korean/English) and currency setting (Korean, US dollars)
2. On the main page, Search the area you want to stay in the search bar.
*WeHome is currently operating accommodations mainly in Seoul. It is impossible to go out during the self-quarantine period, so it is better to enter areas such as Hongdae and Itaewon, where there are many accommodations.
2. Go to the search page, check the accommodation schedule and number of people, set the Self-quarantine Available Checkbox, and search.
If you search the schedule and self-quarantine available check box, the self-quarantine accommodation available for the relevant schedule will be exposed. (The accommodation marked as 자가격리 이용가능 in Korean on the thumbnail is an accommodation available for self-isolation.)
3. If you want to inquire more about accommodation, you can use the [Contact Host] function.
Before making a reservation for accommodation, first check with the host whether it is possible to make a reservation for self-isolation.
**Check List When you communicate with host**
1. Share with the host that you have a long-term visa for foreigners entering the country.
2. Inquiries about accommodation facilities.
3. Check-in time is adjusted according to arrival time.
4. When you have decided to make a reservation after communicate with the host, you can set a reservation schedule at WeHome and pay.
**in PC mode**
1. Check the reservation availability by selecting the schedule and number of people in the reservation request box and clicking Check Availability. (Check the minimum number of nights and availability of reservations)
2. If possible, check the details of the payment, click Book now, and move to the payment page.
3. Select the country of payment on the payment page. (If you select Korea, you can’t see the overseas payment option.)
4. Select Credit Card issued in overseas from the payment method.
5. Click [Request booking] to go to the payment page.
**in Mobile mode**
1.Go to the payment page by clicking [Request booking] at the bottom of the accommodation detail page.
2. Check the reservation availability by selecting the schedule in Calendar and number of people in the reservation (Check the minimum number of nights and availability of reservations)
3. Select Credit Card issued in overseas from the payment method.
4. Click [Request booking] to go to the payment page.
5. Wait until the host approves.
When the payment is completed, a reservation request is sent to the host, and the host approves the reservation within 24 hours. (If the host refuses or doesn’t respond, the payment will be refunded within 24 hours, so don’t worry.)
